Can power and weakness co-exist in harmony?

The works created in bronze explore these dynamics in vessels made with imagery that suggests an unexpected strength and sustenance.

The works involving glass examine the power found in its clarity, brilliance and almost "non-surface" visual energy.

Both of these media came into being with fire, heat, air and earth.  All dependent upon each other in order to exist.

Can power and weakness co-exist?  In nature, in life, in art, yes.  In harmony?  It is my hope.
